We obviously need to hire the bus for our shoot therefore I emailed a bus company in Guildford, therefore local to us, and luckily they emailed us back saying with prices which were suitable for our price range.

We also needed to get permission from the record store that we want to film in therefore I sent a request on the website and gave my email address for him to reply.
